A 55 year old lady presented to our opd with severe headache for past two days with two episodes of seizures.  She also complained of numbness and tingling of her left hand and arm. A provisional diagnosis of intracranial SOL was made and MRI was done . MRI showed a giant aneurysm in left MCA . CT ANGIOGRAPHY  revealed  giant aneurysm of left M2 -M3 JUNCTION.

Patient was operated via left fronto temporal craniotomy with clipping of giant MCA ANEURYSM. Patient was discharged 5 days after surgery  without any deficit.
